• If booking via the website the deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking.
  • The required deposit is 50% or the 1st weeks rent if booking for more than 1 week plus the required booking fee.
  • All balance rents will need to be paid 2 weeks before arrival, including the bond where required. Balances can be paid by Direct Deposit to our Trust Account. Credit card (which will incur 1.1% credit card charge). Personal cheque or Money order.
  • Keys can be collected and returned to our office- located 7 Wharf St, Forster, just down from St George Bank. If vacating early we have a key return slot in our front glass door.
  • Normal check in time is 1pm.
  • If the property was unoccupied the week before your booking we are happy to give out keys earlier than the 1pm. However if tenants are vacating the same day as your check in and you need an earlier time, please advise the office and we will try and assist.
  • We are open 7 days a week – weekdays 8.30 – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm and Sunday 9am – 2pm. Public Holidays 9am – 2pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours please notify the office and we will arrange for your keys to be picked up from Dominos Pizza in the back in Head Street carpark, behind the L.J. Hooker building.
  • If you have chosen to stay at accommodation which does not include linen (if unsure call 6591 6400 and ask if your booking is “sleep ready”), you will need to bring your own ie. sheets, towels, tea towels and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. We can assist you if you need to hire linen or alternatively you can contact Tuncurry Washerteria¬†– linen hire on 02 6555 6200.
  • You will also need to bring your personal items such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc.
  • Please report it to the office as soon as possible – you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of you occupancy. Where possible payment will need to be paid prior to vacating.
  • Pets should be kept outside when holidaying with us. If your pet needs to be indoors please advise the office and we will try and obtain permission from the owner.
  • As per your Terms & Conditions of Tenancy the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition – as you found it. If the property is not left in a satisfactory condition and excess cleaning fees are charged – they will be deducted from your bond.
  • If the property is not clean on your arrival, please notify the office straight away so the cleaner can be sent as soon as possible.
